There are 6 of us, based in London, my wife and myself and 4 others. Until October, we worked for the government, but now have our own 'clinic'

I only take up to 35 year olds, and the most severe cases (Sometimes violent/aggressive etc) as i'm a very big bloke and I can handle them.

I'm also very frank with them, if I think they're talking rubbish or I think they'll be dead in 6 months the way they are, I tell them, in no uncertain terms. It works quite well, because they don't expect it at first, and if I had some of those in the house, i'd make sure they didn't speak when I was talking
