Basically, you go on someones page, and press follow. Then their updates will come up on your homepage. People can follow you too, by going on your page and pressing follow!
The more people you follow, the better twitter is tbh. I have like 350+, and follow about 300, I love it!
Then on the right, you will see
Home
@yourusername (all the replies to you)
Direct Messages (PM's)
Favourites (Tweets you've favourited)
To reply to someone, tweet '@NickyLovesMcFly' or w.e, and then your message..
So say you wrote '@NickyLovesMcFly Hiya, it's lil star off TiBB' then I would recieve that in my @ replies! Xx
