Keep the nominations going BUT don't let them know the results! BUT the real twist is that the nominations don't mean a thing - they're all up for eviction EVERY week.
BB to develop a set of balls and punish everybody who talks about nominations OR develops 'secret eye-rolling signals' to indicate who to nominate.
