She's a very good judge of character, she's been doing Big Brother for a decade and has a ton of experience with people of ALL types. She knows the housemates a lot better than we do, too.
The kids on forums are hardly going to be more credible. And I'm sorry that strong, opinionated, genuine people like Lisa from common backgrounds aren't appreciated enough by kids and spoilt teens.
That's the crux of it really. Davina is mature, intelligent and open minded - So she's obviously going to differ to what the kids and spoilt teens think.

Come on AhmedFan, she loved Luke and Bex last year too and they were vile! Davina has very poor taste and in any case she should keep her opinions to herself as a presenter imo.
