Yes they need to do something like this. As I believe it is a little unfair to put all the blame on the housemate who is getting away with not nominating, when in reality, it is BBs fault for not punishing this kind of behaviour in the first place.

It was a really half assed production this year right? There was no creativity or balls on display at all.
