It just seems farcical really, one HM may have more fans but they may just not have voted as hard, or couldn't afford to. Or weren't deemed suitable for all the betters hoping to scam.
There should be a limit in place. They'd be better off charging £3 per call, but only 1 call per phoneline per HM.
The idea of calling and calling seems stupid.
