You'd never get a Thai to eat bread. However, they love crisps - really weird squid flavoured. Thai for squid is "pla-muk" which means fish-ink. [/rquote]
I didn't know that, but then I have never been and I just made it up.
They do have some nice mushrooms though, but their laws are extremely strict. I have a friend from the Philipeans and they have the death penalty (firing squad) for certian related crimes....harsh.
