Yeah true, very very cringe worthy, put me off it a few years ago. The X-Factor is basically for Nuclear Families, who have 2.4 kids and a dog.[/rquote]

You may have a point there, my 9 year old daughter loves it. I usually feel like throwing the TV out the window when they do their sob-stories or start crying. Alexandria was the worst, she was embaressing, especially when Beyonce sang with her! She did have a great voice though[/rquote]
Yeah, I know a few families like that and the kids are mad for it. I watched it one week where a guy's brother had died and the his nephew came running on the stage after he had finished. Was just sooo cringeworthy and clearly staged. Also on these shows you have be be beautiful to not get the piss taken out of you, if it's a fat person they usually play that flumps music or something. They like nice shiny people to do well in it, makes me sick.
