As you know, I have done threads like this in the past but making another one here as the others have gone.
Talk in here about food, putting on weight and losing it ect...
As you know, Im quite skinny, and Im wondering (as i know load sof people in here are experts at this subject) what I could eat for me to put weight on (without eating fast food and killing myself with masses of food).
Im at around 51-52kg at the moment, I reached 55kg before holiday but I was ill on holiday and dropped to 48kg!

so since holiday I have put 3kg on but its a very slow process. I dont like when people moan about being heavy, I just wish i could have an extra 10kg!
Any help?
