There were rumours ages ago though, but then Keisha decided it was OK and she can stay (you know as though she controls the group or something)

Neither do Heidi and Keisha, but Heidi and Amelle are.
Also, Heidi's admitted that Keisha and Mutya didn't make her feel welcome when she first joined the band.
