wont take long to send the invites... that was the point he was trying to make (unless i picked it up wrong)[/rquote]But it would be exactly the same as invite only, but instead of us sending invites and them accepting, they send us an application/request and we accept them into the group.

That way, they would find us, rather than us finding them.

And people could only join/post in the group if the maintainer says they can.
