I kinda agree with that statement, to me sex normally isn't that big of a deal most of the time. It's just a casual thing really unless you're in a relationship and then it becomes more intimate while kissing is more of a sign of affection. You don't get as much casual kissing as you do casual sex these days
It depends on the person though really.
