I used the Heartbeats promo pic from Lady-Gaga.net and made two layers on Paint.net, then I cut the image down to 700x376 size on layer 1 and copied the same mage onto layer 2 but made the hue blue and lowered the saturation slightly.
I found this (
http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?im...3Doff%26sa%3DG) image on Google Images and added it to layer 3, made it greyscale to cut the image down and lowered the opacity.
After that I added the text with the top line on layer 4 and the bottom line on layer 5. Later, on layer 6 - I added two black bars at the bottom and top, then I used layer 7 to use bars the same size but make them lighter into a shade of grey. I then faded layers 6 and 7 together from the right of the graphic and finally flattened the image into what it is now.
