Science doesn't prove anything. If anything its events which defy science that either a) make a mockery of science or b) prove there could be something else.

You could ask that question about science, why are so many people blindly following it without question? It has been wrong in the past, it will almost certainly be wrong today or in the future.

I'm not arguing against it btw, just a counter balance argument against what you're saying. I keep an open mind.
But we are not really even talking about Creation here, it's just Religion. People don't blindly follow Science really, come on. Do you not believe in Evolution?
