Louis calls xtra fact but cnt call to cast his vote??
sld this have been allowed?
last week louis gt a vote and saved kandi rain....
this week... he didnt get a deciding vote to save....
yet he was on the phone on the xtra factor saying he'd save rachel so why wasnt his phone vote recorded on the live shows.....
