I don't recall that comment at all, but it isn't racist. Petty, ill-observed and ridiculous, yes. But racist? Nope. The rest of the post is drivel, I'm afraid. There's a hell of a difference between racism and xenophobia, which is what you've described here. And to call someone a racist and then say that they wouldn't allow anyone to insult a Muslim is frankly ludicrous.
