Definition: To make something out of nothing, It can also mean to overly decorate something.

Examples:

'Stop foofarraw'ing about and make me some god damn tea!'

'You foofarraw'd that bitch up'

Pronunciation: Foo-fa-RAWR!1!"!"!!!!!
