If you're using the exact same format I did, I listed all the nominations and how many each person had got. Then counted down 50 places from the top. If it was tied at the bottom then thats where round 2 voting happened to fill up the places. I'm making no sense so I'll show like this. Say we wanted 5 and the totals were
George x6
Bob x6
Gertrude x5
Betty x4
Mary x4
Henry x4
Dot x3
George, Bob and Gertrude would get through whilst Betty, Mary and Henry go up for the vote to fill the other 2 places
