Seriously though I am a fair weather jogger not committed enough to go in the bad weather - do use a treadmill in winter though does that count?

aye that counts  yeh well I'm hoping to get a treadmill sometime soon so i don't have to make the trip to the gym when the weather is bad enough i dont go jogging.

Feel free anytime to call at my house and use my treadmill I am far to lazy to go to a gym so my lovely hubby bought me a treadmill. When I am stressed I find it very theraputic to go for a run!
