No, I dont see how Kate looks big headed - shes posing for a photos and everyone does it, it doesnt mean she goes about doing that in real life. The magazine has obviously got some type of theme for her to pose to.
I think a lot of people are quite harsh about Kate now but if you think back to her in the house, she was a really sweet girl and a deserved winner.
