You should put "[Potential Trigger]" or something in the title (well, don't feel obliged ha, just my suggestion
).
I think everyones self harmed to an extent, I don't mean slashing your wrists or burning your skin off, but things like nipping our skin when angry, biting our lip til it hurts etc are all examples, and these examples help people who go "I don't understand why someone would do it" - understand a bit more.
