Peoples' opinions on respect differ.
Some (including me), think he should have cheered, looked happy,
but also shake Lloyds hand and show comiserations to him.
Others think it was ok to ignore Lloyd, and for him to shout about oblivious (olly fans will most likely think this).
But, its all done and dusted now, didnt like him before, and dont like him even more now
