Ok well I haven't trawled through to read who said what but reading through alot of posts, especially this one, Jodie has emerged as the devil who can't seem to please no matter what she does and Pete is the devil but people love him for it.
I don't care about either of them to be honest, but going on all the evidence Jodie is a nice, compassionate person who sometimes says or does the wrong thing, but don't we all? She doesn't intentionally set out to hurt anyone. yet Pete is a unethical, underhand, nasty person who is devoid of compassion and is only interested in himself. He goes out of his way to hurt other people.
It is unfair and I, unlike George, do always stick up for the underdog. Because at the end of the day, she's not that bad (unless you know something I don't, but the reasons you've given so far are flimsy to say the least) and doesn't deserve all the hatred that the zealots are throwing at her.
