Help IT questions
We are having problems installing our new wireless router.
We have spoken to AOL who have tried but failed to help us they have said that we do not have.
a)an IP address
b) our default gateway is blank
Now being a techno phobe they lost me at IP, could anyone tell me how I can maybe fix this problem please?
