Hope everyone is well.

I was just wondering if you could help.

I had a 5 month relationship with a guy called Josh from May - September. And i proper loved him, and still do to this very day. He moved to leeds unfortunatly half way through our relationship, and thought we could still keep it going, distance broke us apart in September. Now hes moved on, and found a person that goes to the same school as him etc. And i dont feel happy, i feel sad and upset, and i really miss him. I recently turned on my old phone and found texts from him and i just cried.

I didnt know how much i missed him and i cant get him back, and its really pissing me off that i cant get over him.

Any advice?
