But it sounds like it was done in the late 80s or in the 90s, is a RNb, Hip Hop tune but sort of a soft one, and sounds sort of similar to these:

I think its a black artist in the 80s or 90s, possibly someone connected to Warren G or Luniz, possible Dr Dre or Snoop Dogg.
I know this useless as it will be impossible to know what it is.
