PETA is a terrible organization, who give animal-rights supporters a bad name.
I like the 'there is no membership, so he can't be a member' thing you've got going there, really. I mean, you're happy to attack the way I use words, and the fact that I'm 'gobbing off', yet can't actually tackle what I've said about PETA head-on, can you? Could that be because I'm right?
You can call me 'naive' all you want, but I'm not the one who can't seem to find anything to back up the'r arguments...
Yes, I am aware that other celebrities support PETA, most celebrities like a pretty bandwagon to jump on now and then, but let's face it, who was going ape (haha) over Pete's coat? Who was blathering on about PETA when she wasn't badmouthing Pete? Jodie.

A Common mis conception is that PETA "SAVES ANIMALS." They do NOT save puppies and Kittens. They KILL them.
I was a member for 6 years and it was not until the New Orleans thing that I found out the TRUTH about PETA- from Ingrid Pres of PETA herself.
PETA does not plae animals it "saves" in HOMES - it EUTHANISES them. in other words PETA gives lethal injection to all animals we all think it saves.
ask them.
also write them at peta . org and ask them about the indictments of major officers of PETA who were caught throwing pooranimals in trash cans in North Carolina.
PETA does not SAVE animals. It kills them - ask them.
Jodie and her ilk are uneducated and reallyshould educate themselves about the organisations they support. I went 6 years without realising PETA kills the animals I thought they were saving.
You do not have to take my word for it PETA will tell you themselves. It is all about euthanisation of animals.
all of the animals the supposedly SAVED in New Orleans etc were killed by lethal injection. that makes me sick.

I'm glad it makes you sick, you are obviously an intelligent person that understands right from wrong. Unfortunately though euthanasia is the fate for most homeless animals here and in the US. The RSPCA are too guilty of killing most of the animals that come into their care. What are you supposed to do with them though? There's just not enough homes for dogs and cats and it's no life to have to live in a kennel for the rest of it's days.
The answer to the problem is to stop the breeding and the puppy farms, which PETA do campaign against.
