The Real World has been airing since 1991 and is on it's 23rd season and still brings in MTV's highest ratings.
Survivor has been airing since 2000 and it's on it's 19th season. Still gets 11-15 million viewers. At one point it had 51 million viewers, which is absolutley insane.
Big Brother US has also been airing since 2000 about to go on it's 12th season and last seasons ratings were the highest ever.
The Amazing Race is on it's 15th season.
America's Next Top Model is on it's 14th season.

america has a mahoosive population though is say 2million stopped watching one of those show the ratings would still be high/recovered by other people
