Default how are old people more at risk when its cold and snowy? I DONT UNDERSTAND

No posting in full caps - Darenn

with my mother i went shopping,
and what i saw left tears down my face dropping.
into the post office we did slide,
and i saw a issue that with me would normally divide.
a huge homeless man with a tin,
and a beautiful dog, that did make me grin.
so big and powerful, with his ignoramus paws,
then it hit me,him and his dog go through daily wars.
sitting inn a busy post office, just to stay alive,
do uk people look after there own, no help did arrive.
old people shuffling inn, looking frozen to the core,
not probably dressed, but i no its not for sympathy to score.
watching the cashier counting there small sum,
forget the pain from the cold, the Joe is numb.
what i am getting at is the uk dose not look after there own,
and the venerable inn our society will always have the strong cold winds blown.
