There is an imbalance of power - that is why I think it has become bullying. Vinnie is a lot better known, full of himself with a reputation for having a temper. Alex has been given a very hard time by the press, not very well known and probably doesn't want to rock the boat. It stands to reason that he is likely to feel intimidated by Vinnie - and what's more Vinnie knows it - that's why he is doing it. Alex makes an easy target! So does Katia - the two most likely to be disliked. Nothing heroic about that in my book!
