I think sisqo put it well when he said something like this sorry if i paraphrase "you be all like cuddling with a man then leave him cold, it drives him mad" that was the gist of what he said i believe.

He chased her and got burned, she gave a bit then took it away, drove him mad, he showed made contact with another woman so she gave him a bit more for her own amusement apparently.
