The big pay from her Cardio Combat fitness video should help with the costs. Kate, 22, whose parents live nearby hopes to move in this summer.

I just can't get my head around the price of property in London!
Up here you could buy a mansion and umpteen acres of land for £350,000. A two bedroom flat would cost something like £35,000.
