Vinnie is desperate to win and his gameplan is beautiful.
Notice how he didn't nominate Sov? Why might you ask?
The truth is, Vinnie doesn't want Sov evicted. The more he can rally his pawns (Stephanie, Nicola, Alex) to scapegoat Sovereign, the more stupid they will look. All the while, Vinnie sits comfortably in the background avoiding nominations and looking like the 'grown-up' to the viewing public.
Vinnie feels equal levels of contempt for all of the housemates.
