Beacham said there are only two ways to treat people like Sov (ie people who dont agree with me or do exactly as I say) and that is to either ignore/blank them or "pick them up by the neck and give them a good shake".
Jones said "Yes, but you cant do that in here. Its against the rules" inferring that if he wasnt in there he would initiate the latter solution.
