rboycey - you are very lucky, even if you didn't get to chat. You could have phoned up heat for their 'spotted' section. I understand not saying hello - you sound a bit like me.
I've spotted a few famous people, but have always failed to have a decent conversation with them. I get shy, or I worry that whatever I say to them they'll have heard thousands of times already. Possibly paranoia, but when I met Phillip Schoffield as a child I asked him where Gordon the Gofer was and am embarrassed to this day.
The exception being when I met the guitarist from Big Country, who many of you will be too young to remember. I'm a bit young too, so didn't recognise him at the time. We had a nice chat about barbeques, his new house and where to go for late night drinking.
At least the assistant in KFC was similarly excited. I don't suppose you spotted what he ate? Or is that too sad to ask?
Did he go straight onto oblivion straight after fried food and a fizzy drink? He is bold.
