Maybe the real problem with the house isn't Vinnie himself, but the lack of any person with real leadership skills. I can't help but think if there was someone genuinely assertive in that house, then Vinnie would get pushed to the sidelines.

On the other hand a real leader can only come about, if a group can discuss among themselves who is suited. Vinnie is so autocratic and dictatorial, that such a situation has been made impossible.
