If you agree he "forced his will" unto Stephanie, and Ivano over the modelling task then you could put this Bully/Not a Bully thing to bed.

imo he did force his will on them in a mild way so i'd have to say he's a mild Bully thus far, but judging by his past, this may be just the tip of the iceberg.

But he could have changed and calmed down since his violent behaviour, and mild Bully could be seen as an achievement by the people that know Vinnie well.
