imo he did force his will on them in a mild way so i'd have to say he's a mild Bully thus far, but judging by his past, this may be just the tip of the iceberg.
But he could have changed and calmed down since his violent behaviour, and mild Bully could be seen as an achievement by the people that know Vinnie well.

Forced? He intimidated, threatened or coerced them to do as he said, as opposed to put forward his view and argued his case effectively?
Mind you most of his detractors think their own parents are bullies, making them do homework, go to school, eat the meals prepared for them etc.
