Marcus got warned for making what BB considered could be a threat against Sree not for a racist remark, they did point that out repeatedly at the time.
America as in the USA is a nation made up of different races and cultures so no its not racism, besides spams/shermans/septics deserve it.
It could also be classed as a continent(as in N & S America) I dont think there is an offense called continentalism
