Well I'm no relationship expert, but I'd suggest offering her a trip out but in a 'friends' sort of way. To the cinema etc, somewhere like that. She could invite some of her friends or you could invite some of yours (but that might make it awkward, idk). Then I'd do that a couple of times if she agrees to it, and then at some point find a time alone together, and try your best to explain how you feel.
The idea is really to try and get them to like you. Jumping in and saying 'OMG I LUV U!!!!11' is not a great idea if they don't like you back. Let her get to know you and understand what you're about, you never know, she may end up falling for you.
