I thought Jo was the right person to go, although the show'll be lacking a bit of life now she's departed!
I think Sharon would've been in a bit of trouble if her team had lost, though, and thought she was very lucky not to get fired - she needs to watch her back otherwise she's got a fair chance of being sent packing in tonight's episode, as have they all, I guess!
