with the feeling weak when standing up, that to me sounds like a classic grey out. The cause is a loss of blood pressure possibly caused by circulation issues.
The initial white figure was most likely a hallucination from something you may have read about or seen on television or in the movies triggered because the brain was stavered of oxygen due to circulation issues. You say you learned about Mormonism so perhaps the image came from there.
The hallucination sounds similar to what happens during a known sleep disorder called Sleep Paralysis, which is responsible for many people thinking they had been abducted by aliens, or in earlier centuries being visited by a succubus.
You say ever since then you have seen this figure, well this is where the sleep paralysis comes in. In Sleep paralysis people had hallucinations of creatures from contemporary mythology and some were expecting the creature in the hallucination, along the lines of mass hysteria. My guess is that when you are experiencing the severe grey out, you are subconsciously expecting this particular experience and so like in sleep paralysis you are creating it.
My advice is to make an appointment with your GP to get you blood pressure checked, as I suspect that a circulatory problem is at the root cause. It may be too early for an MRI scan, although that might be an idea at a later date if symptons persist after treating any issues with your blood pressure.
