Soon I'll be going onto the night shift for 2 weeks to be stand in Fresh Food Manager. The Store Manager called me in for a meeting the other week with the store's Personnel Manager and my department Manager and said he basically want to give me exposure and has decided this is a great chance for my development and for me to get the experience of being a manager and also working on nights, because the whole job is completely different to day work.

I'm excited, looks like it'll be sometime in April. If this goes well, which I have no doubt it will, I know my job really well I just need to advance it. A big step going from a General Assistant to Fresh Food Manager on nights (which looks after all of Dairy, Meat and Fresh Produce) so excited, can't wait I'll let you all know when it this, not that nobody cares I just wanted to let people know who know I'm developing towards management. thanks.
