i personally think yeah, if bb says a certain time, and they dont ring arund that time then its obvious unfortunately you havent made it through, i know it must be gutting if you reallyu want in but theyre not guna ring you so many weeks down the line are they? all i can say is the time has come passed when they said they would ring and they havent, all i can guess is to just sit and wait until it starts, youi never know!
