It cuts both ways though doesnt it? There is a logical extension to this.

There is little mention of Boys having to wear trousers, yet presumably there are boys who would prefer to wear skirts. However if they did wear skirts would they be bullied, would the good order of the school suffer.

Once again the nanny state interferes and common sense is pushed to the side, surely the uniform code of any school should be left to the Staff and Board of Governors of the School, for private schools and the Local Education Authority for State schools.
