Mother/Daughter
On February 16th 2006 in Big Brother 6 Italy, Eleonora (20, right picture) and her mother Patrizia (39, left picture) entered the house. They had to keep the fact that they were mother/daughter a secret from the other housemates for 1 week, which they succeeded in doing. Both were eligable to win and were classed as 2 separate Housemates.
 
The Insider/Mole
This was done in Big Brother 3 Sweden in 2003, the Housemate was called Jonas.

But, our Mother/Daughter Twist is different, both are in there as individuals, and if they are discovered, both are up for eviction, but only 1 would leave. If they pass, they are both immune for 1 week. If the insider fails to identify them, he is up for eviction, if he does, he is immune for 1 week.
he has already recieved 1 strike, for failing a simple task, he didnt pour the whole bottle of water onto the bed.
