Kellie Pickler!!!
a record 47.5 million viewers voted in the phone-in, but Pickler's luck finally ran out after a series of unconvincing performances. None of the judges were impressed with her rendition of "Unchained Melody", with Simon Cowell likening her to a robot.
Only five contestants now remain in the running for the title, Paris, Tyler, Chris, Elliot and Katherine, with the final results show scheduled for May 24.
