I dont think it will happen..theres a guy called michael in BBAUS and before he went in he apparently quizzed the production team about his passport saying is it really necessary to have it,and they told him not to worry about it if he couldnt take it in with him.
I think they were told to take their passports in the house to fuel speculation about what the twists will involve.
