...I was just about to post about this. I've taken off the post-count increases in the Chat and Games forum.
The reason for this is that it is very easy to rack up big post-count increases by posting in word games and the like, and sometimes people just post stuff to get a quick increase. Trouble is that it can result in not very interesting posts being made for the forum community.
We had this on the old forum also, so it is just going back to that.
