I think wearing black is always extra slimming for a start.

Plus I agree with 30stone that its all relative. She has clearly lost weight but she was starting from a very slim body to begin with. We can all afford to lose a certain percentage of bodymass without it affecting our health. Although her look may be unappealing to some it is not in itself proof that she is ill. Or even unhealthy.

We all have customised bodies. Nadines body will be equipped to dealing with very low bodyfat and will adapt accordingly.
